Pastelli is the new Appiani collection designed to bring the architecture of living spaces back to the original, tailored, sometimes naive dimension. Pastelli is the ideal solution for floors, where the distinction between interiors and exteriors, between flooring and covering, becomes more blurred, and therefore free. This is thanks to an extraordinary material, porcelain stoneware, a full-body, coloured and pressed stoneware, with antibacterial, antifungal, anti-stain properties and almost zero moisture absorption rates. Pastelli creates the possibility of using contrasting joints to form particular geometries and decorative lines inside the single mesh sheet. Inside the 30×30 cm matrix each individual tessera finds its own position in relation to the original project.
